Drummer and Percussionist page under construction

   Born into a family of professional and touring musicians, Stella grew up immersed in the Music and Arts culture with a strong influence in Funk, Rock & Smooth Jazz styles. 

   She has performed with numerous bands & artists in a wide variety of Musical genres - as a percussionist, drummer and singer. 

   She has also performed with celebrated World Music Artists such as Baye Kouyate - African Percussionist and Singer/Composer and Griot and Morikeba Kouyate, a well known Kora virtuoso and Griot from Senegal, Abhik Mukerjee & Rajib Karmakar, Internationally recognized Sitarists and more. 

   She was Invited by world renowned drummer, musician & composer- Ranjit Barot, to perform for India's television program 'Coke Studio @ MTV’. In 2017, she was nationally selected to be the drummer for the new band & Reality Television show ‘Frequenci', where she recorded Drums & Vocals for the pilot episode in Philadelphia. 

    Her training and experience as a Drum Circle Facilitator, private instructor and Teacher of Group classes for adults and children as well as her experience as a Music Teacher at Montessori schools for years has enhanced her abilities to share the art of Drumming and Rhythm with others, 

    Additionally she started a Drumming Program at the Patel Conservatory where she taught drumming from various Musical cultures around the world such as African, Latin and Indian to various schools throughout Tampa area.

    She also created 'Rhythm Rise'  Drum Circles out of her passion to empower others through  the art of group drumming and transformational drumming programs.

   She currently lives in the Tampa Bay area and facilitates her Rhythm Rise Drum Circles and continues to teach and perform locally.
